As Animora, we place the highest priority on the security and protection of our users' personal data. In compliance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (KVKK), acting as the data controller, we inform you here about the processing purposes of your personal data, data storage methods, transfers, and your statutory rights.

We process the following categories of information:

• Account & Contact Info: E-mail address, user credentials, and security password.
• Pet Health & Profile Logs: Pet name, breed, age, weight, vaccine timing, daily feeding/watering records, and veterinarian visit logs.
• Precise Location Info: Live coordinate coordinates (latitude and longitude) fetched when the GPS Walk tracking module is active.
• Network & App Metrics: IP address, device specifications, system version, app crash details (Crashlytics), and in-app interaction rates.

3. Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Your data is processed to:

• Administer and register your user account profile,
• Calculate your pet's daily Health Score using our custom indicators,
• Construct custom medication, vaccine, and vet appointment reminders,
• Plot your walked pathways on the digital map and calculate logs,
• Handle, resolve, and reply to support/complaint submissions,
• Avoid app glitches, maintain security protocols, and fix runtime errors.

4. Method and Legal Grounds of Collection

Data is collected electronically through input forms, backend services, and device sensor APIs. Processing is legally grounded under KVKK Article 5:

• Establishment and Performance of User Contract (Article 5/2-c): Essential to establish and deliver the core platform features.
• Legitimate Interests of the Data Controller (Article 5/2-f): Necessary for debugging, improving app stability, and preventing cyber fraud.
• Explicit Consent (Article 5/1): GPS coordinates are processed only if you grant active location permissions on your smartphone.

5. Data Transfers and Sharing

We never trade or sell your details for advertising. We share records only with high-quality cloud operators to operate services:

• Google Firebase: Hosts secure cloud systems and processes profiles.
• RevenueCat: Validates payments and unlocks premium tiers. Credit card details are processed directly by app stores and never reach our servers.
• Legal Authorities: Shared only when mandated by court orders or official investigations.

6. Your Rights Under Article 11 of the KVKK

You are entitled to:

• Request information on whether your data is processed,
• Obtain information on the purpose of processing,
• Know the third parties to whom data is transferred,
• Request correction of faulty data or deletion of your records under statutory terms,
• Object to outcomes calculated exclusively via automated systems.
